A uniquely valuable feature of Sunset Reef is the use of geothermal energy technology to minimise the impact on St Kitt’s environment and resources on the property.  Defined by their standards as sustainably conscious, the system incorporates solar energy to power the air conditioning while simultaneously heating the swimming pools, hot tubs and hot water, to conserving water and living plastic free. There are plans to incorporate wind turbines and hydrogen generators and a solar cube to allow this mindful property to exist completely off grid.
